Kimberly Kwong was born and raised in Southern California. She attended the California Polytechnic University in Pomona for her undergraduate degree and received her doctorate of optometry at Western University of Health Sciences Pomona. She completed her residency training in ocular disease and ocular/refractive surgery at Triad Eye Institute in Tulsa. Her clinical experience includes the VA Medical Center, Indian Health Service, and medical mission trips to El Salvador and Tanzania.

After residency, Dr. Kwong joined the United States Air Force where she spent three years as an active-duty officer stationed at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, MS. Upon completion of her active duty service commitment, she transitioned to serving in the Oklahoma Air National Guard.

Outside of work, Dr. Kwong enjoys dance, pageantry, spending time with her dogs, and watching true crime documentaries.
