Dr. Scott Williams is originally from Ontario. He received his honors Bachelor of Science with distinction from the University of Guelph and Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Waterloo. He continued his studies in Northeastern State University specializing in refractive surgery and ocular disease and completed his residency at BVA Advanced Eye Care.
Dr. Williams moved to Victoria, BC in 2006 and is happy to be a part of the west coast lifestyle.
With 12+ years of experience in Laser Refractive surgery, Dr. Williams has worked with the FDA studying the latest laser technology for approval. When Dr. Williams isn’t at work, he is an avid cyclist and proud to be a part of the solution in creating a better planet.
