Drs. Meredith Hartman and Charles Ronan carefully described their cataract procedures and what to expect from them. The reality was painless, masterful, actually better than they said, yet nevertheless surpassed by their aftercare. I had expected brief encounters like ships that pass in the night but what had begun as a series of very professional clinic visits evolved into warm personal connections that actually made the total experience a delight instead of something to fear. These practitioners rightfully stand at the top rank of their field.

Everything about BVA was fantastic! I was nervous about cataract surgery, but Dr. Basil Mathews was wonderful. He was very thorough and caring. He told me I would benefit from the lenses covered by my insurance and not the premium ones. What doctor does that? He called me after my surgery to check on me. Again, what doctor does that? The staff was very pleasant and all of my follow up appointments were scheduled before I left the office. I would strongly recommend anyone needing help with their eyes to contact BVA.

I’ve been very pleased with my treatment by Dr. Don Nguyen over the past four years. Dr. Nguyen and his staff have provided excellent care, information, and ongoing support through several challenging eye issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen for any vision needs you might have.

Dr Whitney Potter & Porsha (spell check) were amazing during my time there multiple times for my procedure in both eyes for Keratoconus. Highly recommended! Staff & facility are A1 as well!

I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for years. He has helped me with my cataract and glaucoma. I now have 20/20 vision due to his treatment. He is the ONLY one I would trust. Each time he shows me my tests from previous visits and explains how and why my vision has improved. His staff is always smiling and friendly also.

Dr. Nguyen is the only one I trust! - I have been so blessed to have Dr. Nguyen as my doctor for a few years now. I came to him with glaucoma in both eyes. I also had a cataract in my right eye that had developed very quickly a couple of years ago. He explained my options and I had surgery on my right eye. He got rid of my cataract and the glaucoma in my right eye. (There is a medical name of the surgery but I don’t have that handy) He is the ONLY one I would trust to do that. The pressure on my left eye is also doing great now due to his treatment. Another thing I absolutely love is on each visit he shows me his computer screen and the comparisons of my eye nerves, peripheral vision, etc. from my the last visits. I love how he explains everything. He and his staff are amazing.

Dr Potter did my cornea transplant. I am very please with the care I've received. Dr. Potter is an excellent MD. She so caring & understanding & She listens to me. She is awesome.
