I have been a patient at BVA for a number of years. I see two different doctors and they are both very caring and thorough with the examinations. I most recently saw Dr. Ronan. He was great at explaining what is going on with my eyes. I have seen him twice in the past six weeks, I never felt as though he was trying to hurry thru the appointment. He took his time and truly made me feel the care that he most likely gives every patient he comes in contact with. More

They took me in about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. After we went to the first room I went to a second waiting room to wait on a room so I could see the doctor. After about 15 minutes I was taken to an exam room to wait in the doctor. The doctor came in about 10 or 15 minutes later. He checked my eye and asked some questions about my vision. We scheduled for 30 days out and departed. Total time was an hour and 15 minutes (thereabouts) from check in to check out. The staff is friendly, courteous and very professional. More
