If Dr. Don Nguyen isn’t the nicest, most professional eye surgeon in the Southwest, I don’t know who it could possibly be. When it comes to your vision, you do NOT want to go into eye correction(s) haphazardly. Eyesight in both of my eyes were weakening and I felt as though I was looking through a yellowing fog. My night vision was so bad I started limiting my driving in the evening hours. Thank goodness for Dr. Nguyen. We talked after my initial exam, in very understandable terms. We decided on a plan of attack for these cataracts with the left eye being done first. It was the worst of the two. After the cataract surgery, my vision has been extraordinary. It has only been 9 days yet I continue to see improvements on a daily basis. Life is brighter. More colorful. This coming Wednesday, Dr Nguyen will repair my right eye. And I can’t wait. More

Dr. Nguyen was incredible! He explained everything as he went and took the time to make sure I knew what was going on with my eyes. As a 29 year old, going to a glaucoma specialist was pretty scary. Dr. Nguyen and his staff made sure I was comfortable and knew what they were doing and why. 10/10 recommend (but hopefully will never have to go back!) More

The BVA Staff is a very efficient, professional, and thorough group of practitioners. I had cataract surgery in both eyes over a two week period.....everything went as smoothly as I could ever imagined. Tre and Dr Nguyen were great. They explained everything to me and and were very thorough. I recommend not wearing mascara if you are going to get your eyes numbed, ultrasound, and dilated. And make sure you have someone to drive you home after. More

I highly recommend Dr. Don Nguyen if you have issues with glaucoma. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything. I have had some interactions with Jasmine in records as she has been trying to get my records from my previous glaucoma doctor. It has been frustrating for all involved but Jasmine has tried her best and called me right back as soon as she talked to the other clinic. Also they had me pay my co-pay then billed me for the remainder unlike my previous clinic who made you pay up front and sometimes over pay. I am happy I switched to BVA and Dr. Nguyen! More
